She earned her dental degree from Boston University’s Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management before returning to the province she has always called home.

Her Story

Raised by a single mother in Edmonton, Dr. Gill grew up facing the kind of quiet difficulties that many families navigate without much help. The support that Catholic Social Services provided for her family during those years was something she never took for granted, and it fundamentally shaped who she became as both a person and a professional.

Community & Giving Back

Today, Dr. Gill gives back to Catholic Social Services and is a proud supporter of the Medicine Hat Food Bank and food banks across Alberta. Having walked that road herself, she built a tuition support program within her own clinic, giving her team members the chance to pursue further education without the weight that so often gets in the way. She organized and led a pro bono dental clinic in Bhutan, bringing free dental care to communities with little to none. In Alberta, she supports Good Samaritan and spends time with the seniors who call it home.

Recognition

Dr. Gill was honoured at the 2024 Forttuna Global Excellence Awards, receiving the Dentist of the Year in Canada distinction and the Young Dentist of the Year recognition globally.

Beyond the Clinic
